Dear Customer:
Capitalized terms used in this letter shall have the same meaning described for them in the Schedule
unless otherwise indicated herein.
Attached please find an approved application for Sprint's modification to its equipment at the
above -referenced Tower Facility. The attached application and equipment exhibit, Exhibit D-3, shall
memorialize, as of the date above, Sprint's equipment configuration and ground space at the Tower
Facility and shall hereinafter be deemed "Licensee's Equipment" under the Schedule.
Prior to the commencement of any construction activity, Sprint is required to request a Notice to
Proceed from ATC.
The parties agree that a scanned copy of this letter bearing the signature of ATC shall be deemed
an original.
