Excell Communications, Inc. has reviewed field photographs provided to us of the Sprint
telecommunication tower antenna installation located at the above -subject site and compared it to
the approved construction drawings prepared by Morrison Hershfield, dated November 2, 2016.
Based upon the comparison, to the best of our knowledge and belie% the antenna installation was
performed in substantial compliance with the approved construction drawings and the Florida
Building Code, 5 h Edition (2014).
