SUBJECT: COASTAL ORTHOPAEDIC & SPORTS ADDITION, PERMIT 1702-0311
We have received a permit for above site plan to construct an addition to existing building. The
addition was part of the original approved site plan and indicated as future construction. Please
review the attached surface water drainage calculations and let us know if their storm water is up
to date.
