Dear Mr. Cicio:
The above -referenced commercial structure was inspected today, 4/6117, for the erection of steel
bar joists, bridging, and welded down metal roof deck per the drawings of Nucor Vulcraft Group.
Based on observations of exposed joists, framing, welding, and connections, it is believed that
construction is in compliance with the manufacturer's drawings and specifications and the 2014
Florida Building Code. These visual observations are limited to structural issues only and do not
preclude the authority or compliance inspections of the building department.
Please give a copy of this letter, signed and sealed, to the building department when applying for the
structural permit close-out. If you need further assistance, please call.
