Hi Joe:
We discovered this set of signed, sealed Brasco Techline building plans, dated August 6, 2014, which correspond to the
shelter kits that we are tasked to install in Fort Pierce. The attached plans likely are in compliance with the 2014 Building
Code, Vh Edition. Brasco said they will charge the county approximately $1,000.00 for additional sets of plans. Would
you look over these attached plans and determine if they would suffice due to the nature of this construction.
`thank you for your consideration.

St. Lucie Count,
I have the one sheet from Rudd Jones for the bus shelter attached to the traffic plans which
states on the plans that the bus shelter will be designed by others. The bus shelter plans must be in original format per
Florida Statute 471.025 and FAC 61G15-23 and legible including the P.E. seals. The wind criteria, construction types and
design pressures must be on the plans along with the current code references they are designed to. These plans contain
a date of 09/24/2009 which would indicate that they were designed to the 2007 Florida Building Codes. The plans must
also indicate that they are in compliance with the 2012 accessibility requirements of the codes.
Please submit all required plans and specifications in original format and duplicate.
Thank You
X. ek°
