A portion of Sections 8 and 17, Township 35 South, Range 38 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, and being more particularly described
as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 17, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, Thence South 00008'04" East along the east
line of said Section 17, as shown on right-of-way map of South
Florida Flood Control District Canal C-24, dated January 10,
1957, last revised September 11, 1958, Sheet 2 of 16, a distance
of 289.05 feet; thence North 89000113" West a distance of 151.30
feet to the westerly right-of-way line of the said C-24 Canal and
the POINT OF BEGINNING of the following described parcel:
Thence continue North 89000'13" West a distance of 477.10 feet;
Thence North 00009'40" West, parallel with the said westerly
right-of-way line of the C-24 Canal, a distance of 533.91 feet;
thence South 89000'13" East a distance of 427.09 feet to a point
hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence continue South
