rails and for the stairwells for the above referenced project and find that Work has been
completed and meets the Florida Building Code 2017 (6 s edition), Section 1015 Requirements. It
is in our opinion that the work is acceptable and recommend approval of same.

Good Morning Joe,
Here are the Fire Sprinkler plans that you have requested for permit 1611-0531. The Fire Department has
completed their inspection and this portion of the permit is completed. After reviewing the notes for permit
1611-0531 the Building Final and Final Inspection are still open. I thought the building final was already
completed but may have overlooked. I will have the contractor call in to have this completed. Once the
building final is passed we will call in for the official Final of both permit# 1611-0531 as well as permit# 1708-
0413.
Thanks for meeting with me 2 weeks ago to help me get the other misc items rectified.

Per the review comments the following information is to clarify.
' Occupancy Classification for the existing building and new portion = S2
(see Attached PDF, Section 311)
Total Square Footage for the Existing Building is 16,648 sgfL The New
Mezzanine Area will be a total of 9,612 sgft
Occupant Loads Are As Follows:
Maximum Area Allowance per Occupant
Storage = 300 sf/person (attached FBC Table 1004.1.2)
Existing Area Occupant Load=16,648/ 300 = 56
New Mezzanine Occupant Load = 9,612/ 300 = 32
Total Occupant Load = 88
Construction Type
Existing Type 11-B Unprotected Non -Combustible
New Mezzanine Type II B
Level of Alteration Per FBC is Level 2
