Re: Treasure Cove Dunes poolside ladies restroom column repair located at 4100 N AIA Fort Pierce, H.
We propose Furnished and installed the following;
** Repair concrete column at ladies restroom based on Schlitt Engineering project #19K014
** Replacement of finishes by others
The work will be performed in a Time and Material basis at the rates below;
Labor;
- Material and equipment rental;
-Mobilization and permitting
Journeyman @ $75.00/hour
Helper @ $60.00/hour
Cost + 18%
$1,060.79
Payment terms: ** MOBILIZATION DUE UPON APPROVAL OF PROPOSAL, REST IN WEEKLY PAY APPLICATIONS **
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will
become an extra charge over and above. Owner is to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully
covered by Workers Compensation Insurance and we also carry General Liability Insurance.

This letter is provided as a response to the comments dated January 28, 2020, regarding the
subject project. All comments are addressed as follows:
1. The construction documents are not signed. Contractor to provide.
2. Provide a threshold inspection plan. Attached.
3. Provide the special inspector's qualification statement and license number. Owner to
provide.
4. Provide the agreement between the building owner and special instructor. Owner to
provide.
