This document shall serve as an attempt to answer the review comments (2) as were presented by St
Lucie County to this office, dated 05/15/2017.... Continued from previous submittal letter
Item No. 1 - MALTESE CROSS as referenced is a non requirement: This is primarily the
responsibility of the property Owner and as required by the Fire Marshal after a site inspection. This
denotes the presence of light weight truss framing for the roof, per our section it shows to be post and
beam with structural steel decking for a flat BU roof.
Item No. 2 - The Pulpit platform has been removed from the plan.
Item No. 3 - An Interior Finish Schedule has been added to the plans, although the majority was
referenced in the Scope of Work
Item No. 4 - Occupancy Load has been has been calculated for all areas and has been indicated on the
plans for 103 persons (51 men / 52 women)
Item No. 5 - Aisle widths are of no concern and was removed, the seating is non fixed chairs.
Item No. 6 - A one hour wall is referenced to enclose the transfer space from sanctuary to existing
Exterior door, a % hr rated existing door being Solid Core has been relocated to this new partition.
Electrical:
Item No. 7 - an Existing Panel schedule has been provided on the plans.
Plumbing:

Item No. 9 - Two Female WC are not required by exception, refer FBC 403.1.2 exception for parity
