He stated that there will be no letter issued for Marcos Pizza and the [ 2 ] restaurants [ Marcos and Dunkin Donuts ] must connect to the sewer and they were informed of this at the beginning. The existing restaurant in the middle of the plaza will be o.k. for the time being however the existing septic system will not handle [ 2 ] additional restaurants. I told him that I believed that Marco's Pizza had connected to the septic via [ here -say ] and Victor asked if you could do anything about the illegal connection.
