("Kimley-Horn") dated April 18, 2017 for the above referenced site has been substantially complete. Proposed modifications included removing existing forty-eight (48) diagonals from elevation 200'-220' AGL and twenty-four (24) diagonal from elevation 120'-140' AGL and replacing with 131.54.12" pipe member. In addition, a 3 X-STR half -pipe was proposed to reinforce tower leg section from elevation 180'-200' AGL, which included 5/8" diameter U- Bolts spaced at 12" on -center and a 1/4" weld at the top and bottom at each leg flange. The work has been reviewed through the means of various documents, including photographs, emails, and bill of materials, provided by Ascend Wireless Networks, LLC. Kimley-Horn did not conduct a site inspection to verify proposed members were installed, bolt tightness, or welds per AWS D1.1. These opinions and conclusions are based on the information currently available to me and may be amended or supplemented should new information become available.
