That is fine. It looks like they are going to be able to put it in the same location and work around the trees. I drive by this
thing every day and should notice if they impact the existing oaks.

They are replacing a fence 6' high in a square 7'x7' with a gate. They told me it was to replace existing fence. See
attached google areal and plot plan.
