I have personally inspected the the car lifts installed in the tenant space at
the above named address. Applicable items including but not limited to are
structural and electrical components and the system's are in compliance with
the Florida Building Code (FBC) 2014.
Scone of work
-Installed 2 car lifts in existing tenant bays.

lifts installed in the tenant space at the above named address. Applicable
items including but not limited to are structural and electrical components
and the system's are in compliance with the Florida Building Code (FBC)
2014.
Scone of work
-Installed 2 car lifts in existing tenant bays.
-Cut (3)- holes in existing tenant separation walls to combine spaces.
