Good afternoon Mr. Rausch,
After reviewing your application for zoning compliance for a furniture store (please see attached), I found the
use to be a permitted use under the Commercial General Zoning District; however, a change of occupancy and
fire department review has to be done and approved before a zoning compliance permit can be issued for the
site.

462-1553 and reference building permit number 1705-0291.
