The Oceana II Condominium Association, Inc. has requested the services of Newtonian
Solutions, Inc. (NSI) and Structural Engineering Professionals, Inc. (SEP) for the provision of
Special Inspection services on the building referenced above. I, Henry S. Kreh, P.E. (S.I. #736)
of NSI, will certify the inspections.
We will follow the project specifications for this project, as finally approved for permit by your
department, in conducting our inspections. This plan has been prepared by David T. Colston,
P.E. of SEP.
Reports of these inspections shall be generated immediately subsequent to the time of each
visit and forwarded to you. We will make weekly reports, summarizing the inspections each
week, which I will review and submit, signed and sealed.
