Permit for Common Area Roofs on Nettles Island
Please allow Capps Roofing to obtain the permit for the common area bath house roof replacements
for Nettles Island as requested this date. If you have any questions concerning Nettles Island
common area permits, please contact the Condominium Property Manager listed below.
For your information, Nettles Island issues approval letters to unit owners for all additions,
modifications, and alterations to Nettles Island units. However, we have not typically issued approval
letters to 'ourselves" for construction being done on nettles island common element property until
recently, when the permitting department began requesting them from our contractor(s).
Is it possible to differentiate the need for approval letters concerning unit property vs.
common property? If not, we will incorporate a routine of issuing the approval letters
contractoirs requesting the permit(s).
