Hi Cheri,
I have discussed the sign with the Planning Department/management and they are ok to allow the replacement of the
sign same for same size. The Permitting supervisor advised to submit a new application and a review fee. The original
approved sign had a measurement . The plans that were submitted with the permit application for 1612-0063
indicate a 6.75'x10.33'. The plans will need to be adjusted to match the size of the original plans. Please let the
contractor submit an application, fee and 2 sets of signed and sealed plans. See attached the last comments I could find
for 1612-0063, those comments should be corrected in the new plans. Let me know what the permit number is as soon
as they have resubmitted and I will see what I can do to move it fast thru the system. Please let me know if you have any
other questions.

Good morning Lydia, I was at the building dept. yesterday submitting permits and asked to speak with you but
you and Miss Angela were out for your daily walk O I don't know how you do it with it being so hot outside!
I wanted to follow up on this Best Western sign permit issue we are having, any info on it?
