Contractor will need to prepare and submit for approval a hood submittal once he elects the hood to be used. Comment: PLEASE SPECIFY PIPING BEING USED FOR THE CHILLED WATER SYSTEM Response: Piping material for the pre -insulated underground chilled water piping system has been specified as Schedule 40 black steel for the carrier pipe and HDPE for the casing piping per specification section 232113.13, paragraph 2.01. A general note has been added to sheet M-0 indicating the pre -insulated underground chilled water piping shall be Schedule 40 black steel for the carrier piping and HDPE for the casing piping for clarity. The note also requires all piping to be manufactured in the United States and the note also includes a statement to refer to the project specifications for additional piping information. Zoning Review Comment 1) Provide a specific site survey (boundary and topo). Said survey shall show the building location and the proposed finished floor. The finished floor needs to be a minimum of 18 inches above the crown of the driveway. Response 1) I have attached the boundary survey that was prepared previously to support the approved PNRD. Please refer to the Paving, grading and Drainage Plan; Sheet No. PGD-2 for building location, existing topographic data within the project limits and finish floor elevation. The identified finish floor elevation (Elev. 21.50 NGVD) is consistent with the issued South Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource Permit No. 56-03208-P for buildings located in Basin Quad IA,which this building is. In addition, the crown of the access road is constructed above the identified minimum elevation of 18.60 NGVD. Comment 2) Staff will calculate impact fees at the end of the final review. Response 2) Noted. Comment 3) Please be advised that a county Stormwater permit shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. Contact Patrick Dayan, P.E.- Water Quality Division. The limits need to be revised in the lower SE corner to encompass all 12 parking spots and to clearly identify the portion of the envelop that will be developed.
