Fort Pierce, FL. Copies of our inspection reports to date are enclosed for your records.
Based upon inspections performed and my substantiating reports, it is my professional judgment
that, to the best of my knowledge, the inspected work was performed in accordance with the
approved plans, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the Florida Building
Code.

This letter shall serve as a certification that, I, Rodolfo Villamizar, P.E. with the State of Florida
Registration No. 61000, and State of Florida Threshold Inspector No. 7021620, having been
retained as a Special Inspector for the subject project, located in Fort Pierce, FL, based on
inspections performed to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgement, the above
described construction of all structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted
documents submitted to Saint Lucie County.
Final inspections were performed on the concrete restorationitems, including concrete beams,
concrete columns, concrete slabs, concrete stairs, storm shutters and the replaced aluminum
railings.
