The following changes are in response to Plan Review comments and have been clouded and dated.
HVAC: See Page Al. Ventilation/Fresh Air adjustment required for Gym use;
Plumbing: 1. Occupancy to remain as previous. See Page COV;
2, To have separate gender restrooms would circumvent the ADA Code exception for
Disproportionate Costs as identified on Page COV. My professional understanding is that
the Accessibility Code always supersedes the other Codes should there be a conflict.
(2) restrooms are arovided and must be Unisex to avoid ADA gender discrimination:
