TYPE OF INSTALLATION: New construction helical pier/piles for tension/tie down of shade
structure.
• This proposal includes (1) Mobilization of equipment and material. If additional mobilizations and
materials are required they will be addressed in a change -order approved by all parties.
• Install (8) Helical piles up to 21 ft. in length.
• Install (8) new construction terminations.
• If it is necessary to exceed 21' in pile length to achieve required capacity, an $135.00 per 7ft
extension will be charged until required capacity is achieved.
• Permits and fees by client or client's agent, if required.
• Installation monitoring fees by client or client's agent, if required.
• Proposal to include the installation of helical piers and related components.
• Removal of any unforeseen subterranean obstructions, by others.
• Dewatering by others, if required.
• Client to provide equipment access for the installation of piles.
• The precise layout of piers to be done by others prior to our commencement.
• Norr Building Corp will remove helical related debris and clean work area, construction debris to
be placed in dumpster provided by GC.
• Client or client's agent to provide access to helical pier locations by removing any obstructions to
facilitate the installation of helical piers.
• Location & relocation of all underground utilities including but not limited to electrical, water,
phone, cable, etc...., by others. Norr Building Corp. is not responsible for any damage to the
above.
• Contingent upon installation access by a skid -steer and mini -excavator.
• A deposit of ($3,879.00) upon signing of contract.
• Balance due upon completion of scope of work described in this proposal.
• This proposal is valid for 30 days.
