The foundation plans where completed by ML Engineering, Inc. and sealed by Michael A. Lue, P.E. with a revision 2 date of 07/18/17. Please note that our general review was done solely as an aid to the contractor and that we claim no liability for the correctness of the foundation calculations themselves. The contractor is responsible for: dimensions to be confirmed and correlated at the jobsite; information that pertains solely to the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures of construction; and for performing all work in a safe and satisfactory manner.
