Hey Audrey,
I looked at an aerial of the proposed location of the bus shelter/mailbox kiosk at Creekside associated with Building
Permit #1705-0355 and did not see any environmental issues and since it is readyto issue and the applicant wasn't
notified they needed do submit a veg permit application when they submitted I think it is fine to go ahead and issue
without an ERD inspection. If something like this comes up again in the future I think we would like to require they file a
veg application just so we can double check with a site visit but in this case I don't see any issues with issuing it without
ERD inspection.
