OBSERVATIONS:
Unit 404
Demo of all loose concrete is complete along the exterior sliding glass door. The existing
reinforcing has minor surface corrosion and will require power tool cleaning and priming.
Estimated total area of repair is four (4) square feet.
Re -inspection will be required after all reinforcing have cleaned and coated.
