This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs for
the referenced project above have been completed in substantial conformance with the design
documents and specifications and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspection for the above referenced project were performed on August 3`d, 2017.
Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property Management, General Contractor and
to the St. Lucie County Building Department.

This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge and belief, the above
described construction of all structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted
documents, and the shoring and reshoring conforms to the shoring and reshoring plans submitted
to the enforcement agency.
Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from August 3ra, 2017
through October 18, 2017. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property
Management, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building Department.
