OBSERVATIONS: Demo of all loose concrete is complete.
Unit 802
Surface spalls at 2 areas have been demo. The existing reinforcing has minor surface corrosion
and will require power tool cleaning and priming.
Estimated total area of repair is nine (9) square feet.
Unit 805 Q,, front door
The existing reinforcing has minor surface corrosion and will require power tool cleaning and
priming. The top bars have minimal coverage and appears one bar was shifted during original
pour when the building was constructed.
Estimated total area of repair is six (6) square feet.
Unit 901
Demo of all loose concrete is complete. A portion of the spall has turned into a full depth repair
and will require forming and pouring. The existing reinforcing has minor surface corrosion and
will require power tool cleaning and priming.
Estimated total area of repair is three and a half (3.5) square feet.
Unit 905
Surface spalls at 2 areas have been demo. Two conduit PVC casings have been damaged during
demo and will require repair. The existing reinforcing has minor surface corrosion and will
require power tool cleaning and priming.
Estimated total area of repair is seven (7) square feet.

OBSERVATIONS:
Unit 204
Ceiling spall at east balcony has been demo and corroded reinforcing exposed. The contractor
removed the concrete up to the sliding glass door. There is a corroded bar parallel with the
sliding glass door and directly above the door track. The corrosion shall be chased until clean
reinforcing is found. This will require removing the sliding glass door and constructing a
temporary weather wall. We will inspect again prior to concrete placement.
We sounded the concrete slab above at Unit 304 and found no deficiencies.
Railing posts
The walkway railing post replacement is in progress. The contractor has started on the 91h floor
and will work down from there.
