Permit No. 1706-0045 Dear Mr. Peterson: This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs for the referenced project above have been completed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications and as duly noted in our field reports. Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from August 3rd, 2017 through August 23ra, 2017. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property Management, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building Department. If you have any questions, please call our office. Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from August 3', 2017 through October 18`h, 2017.
