VOTED: To authorize Kathleen A. Sousa, Senior Pipeline Manager, Real Estate,
to sign and execute on behalf of the Company any easements, licenses,
right of way agreements, permits or applications therefor, which may
be required in the ordinary course of business pertaining to real estate
owned by the Company and to execute whatever documents may be
appropriate in connection therewith.
