establish compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code (5s' Edition) & the St. Lucie County codes
and regulations pertaining to the steel structure, canopy installation at the address listed above. Based
on this fmtt's site inspection, it has been determined that the steel structure, canopy has been installed
per the permitted plans and specifications, and is in compliance with the 2014 Florida Building Code.
No other certification is expressed or implied.
The engineering services addressed therein have been performed and based upon my professional
engineering knowledge, supported test documentation, information and belief, and in accordance with
commonly accepted procedures consistent with applicable standards of practice, and is not a guaranty

mentioned project. We believe that the submittal package included with this letter will address your
concerns for this project.
Listed below are the questions requesting additional information with a narrative response below each
question.
Plans Examiner Review: Engineer to identify the total length of the anchor bolts to base plates *need
total calculated imbed distance into existing concrete Tooter.
Total length of the anchor bolts to base plates and total calculated imbed distance into
existing concrete Tooter have been added. See revised sheets C-02, C-03 and C-04.
Plans Examiner Electric: please add electrical plan to show new or existing lighting that will be used.
Electrical plan to show proposed lighting was added. See sheet E1.0.
