ST. LUCIE COUNTY, WITH BENESCH, SERVING AS THE
COUNTY’S CONSULTANT, WILL HOST A VIRTUAL ONLINE
PUBLIC MEETING TO REVIEW THE UPDATED MULTI-MODAL
IMPACT FEE STUDY AND PRESENT POTENTIAL CHANGES
TO THE MULTI-MODAL IMPACT FEE RATES. THE UPDATES
AIM TO REVISE THE FEES TO ADDRESS COUNTY’S
CURRENT NEEDS FOR MULTIMODAL INFRASTRUCTURE.
THE VIRTUAL MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE ON
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2025, BEGINNING AT 5:30
