This Special Warranty Deed represents a conveyance of unencumbered real property by Grantor to Grantee for

Grantee. Because Grantor will continue to indirectly own the real property in the same proportion after the
transfer as before, only minimum documentary stamp tax in the amount of $0.70 is due in connection with the
