NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Petition of Robert & Kimberly Keeney for a Change in Zoning from the IX (Industrial,
Extraction) Zoning District to the AG-5 (Agricultural – 1du/5acs) Zoning District to allow a
single family homestead.
The PUBLIC HEARING for this item is to be held in the Commission Chambers, Roger Poitras
Annex, 3rd Floor, St. Lucie County Administration Building, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible before
the Planning and Zoning Commission and on January 7, 2014 at 6:00 pm or as soon thereafter
as possible before the Board of County Comm issioners.
Copies of the petition are available at the front desk in the Planning and Development Services
Department, County Administration Building, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce.
