A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST LUCIE COUNTY FLORIDA
WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of St
County Florida has made the following determinations
1 Edgar A Brown Joseph E Beale Jr and Jim Russal
presented a petition for a change in zoning from
Agricultural to IX Industrial Extraction for the prop
described below
2 The St Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commiss
held a public hearing on the petition after publishing notic
least fifteen 15 days prior to the hearing and notifyin
