Foundation Modification
To Whom It May Concern:
The footings for the above referenced project have been modified to correspond with field
conditions and coordination with the pre-engineered structure. Specifically, the spread footings
have been modified to monolithic type and the structure was rotated to accommodate fabrication
inconsistencies. A copy of the plan indicating the extent of the foundation modification is
attached. The revised pre-engineered building plans have been submitted under separate cover
by the General Contractor. The footings and slab as installed are acceptable.
