Per our earlier conversation we had resubmitted plans with updated code information, but apparently we
left off some of the code information that was requested. Please accept this letter as an amendment to
the previously submitted drawings, and add the appropriate information to the Cover Sheet and R2.
As a statement of record the drawings submitted, dated 7/6/10 and labeled Addendum # 2, should state
that all new work involving Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Accessibility and Energy have
been designed to meet the requirements of the 2007 Florida Building Codes, with the 2009 Supplements.
The Electrical has been designed to meet the 2008 N.E.C. NFPA 101 and Uniform Fire Designs are
based on 2007 Editions.

General Notes
1. An electronic copy of the construction documents submitted on a CD is required. The file format shall be.pdf only.
2. All revisions, including the electronic copy must be received prior to permitting.
3. The Fire Marshal requires 24 hour notice on all inspections.
4. The respective Building Department shall schedule all final Inspections through the Fire Marshal's Office.
S. Failed inspections require payment of fee prior to rescheduling of further inspections.
6. Penetrations through rated assemblies shall be of the proper LIL design. Design criteria shall be submitted with the construction plans.
7. Fire alarm panels shall be located indoors within air conditioned space.
8. Plans and construction are subject to corrections in the field to maintain code compliance.
9. Automatic fan shutdown Is required for HVAC system/s that exceed 2,000 cfm design capacity.
THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE, 2007 EDITION IS CURRENTLY ENFORCED.
BUILDINGS WITH LIGHT -FRAME TRUSS -TYPE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE MARKED WITH APPROVED FIREFIGHTER SAFETY
WARNING SIGNS IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODES 69A-3.012 AND 69A-60.0081 PRIOR TO RECEIVING
