We are the engineers of record for the billboard structure project referenced above.
This is to certify that we have been provided information, such as letters of compliance from the sign
fabricator, the sign installer, and a representative of the sign owner verifying conformance with the
design drawing. We have also been provided and have reviewed concrete usage reports and proof of
performance pictures.
We have reviewed all of this information, and based on it, to the best of our knowledge and belief the as
built sign structure is built in compliance with the design drawings.
