We received a signage approval request from Jim Beckett of Custom Sign
Creations for your unit at 801 S. Kings Highway in Fort Pierce, Florida. The
FSCP Condo Association's President requires your signed agreement to the
following stipulations:
1) Should the sign have any need for electricity that the electricity will be
run from inside the building, not from the exterior.
2) Upon termination of the tenant's lease the sign will be removed and the
surface will be returned to same condition as they found it

Per plan check comments dated 7/27/17, wind speed has been revised from 135 MPH to 160 MPH.
With that revision of wind speed the anchors have been increased from (2) top and bottom to (3) top and
bottom. See attached revised plans with revision clouds where changed have been made.
