The fire sprinkler scope of work taking place in Unit 505 at Hibiscus I does not
meet the criteria for fire sprinklers to require a permit. Total LifeSafety has
received permission from the local fire district to proceed with this scope without
requiring a permit. Total LifeSafety will be changing the existing chrome sidewall
heads out to white updated sprinkler heads and changing out the existing pendants
to concealed. Total LifeSafety will be relocating only (1) sidewall sprinkler head.
All other heads are to remain in their current locations.

We are pleased to provide a Quotation for the retrofit of the fire sprinkler system at the
Hibiscus Condo Unit 505 located at 3870 Hwy AIA, Ft. Pierce, Fla. the following work is
included in this price.
This quote includes labor and materials for McConkey Fire Sprinkler Inc. to:
Cutback 12 heads and replace existing heads with 4 new 155 degree concealed pendants
with white plates in kitchen area, and replace 8 existing pendants with new 155 degree
white sidewall semi recessed sprinkler heads and return system back to service. Glue
joints to cure for 24hrs before charging system per manufacture specs.
Total (Net 30 Days): $1355.00
Exclusions:
Any other work not included in this proposal
Damage to existing system piping due to hydro static testing
Painting or patching of drywall
Premium time work
Adequate water supply
Hydraulic calculations
Pricing is based on the work being performed during normal working hours, Mon -Fri.
