Hwy A1A #505 Ft Pierce, FI.34949 TERMS: Deposit/Draws ROVB, Inc. proposes the following scope and details for remodeling the property at the above address: 1) Supply and install new kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities (Customer to review and approve design elevations and details prior to production), solid hardwood 4 panel doors and jams, bi-pass closet with track and hardware, hinges, and door stops. Install customer Baldwyn door knobs and slider hardware and retrofit door openings. Beachland Millwork to supply materials and labor. Customer will visit and confirm all details. 2) Supply and install 350' of primed baseboard 5/8" x 5 %" profile TBD and 344" of primed casing'/<" x 3 %" profile TBD. Beachland Millwork to supply materials and labor. 3) Remove the kitchen ceiling and walls and cut the hallway wall as electric panel and stack allows. Raise the ceiling approximately 8" or more. Frame the new ceilings and new knee wall, tape and drywall to a level 4 finish. Remove hall and dining room ceilings to gain same height as modified Kitchen ceiling with same process. ' t 4) Remove current duct system and replace with re -engineered ridged ducts (9) p� allowing drop ceiling to be raised. 5) Replace all Sprinkler heads (12) throughout the unit, replace 4 existing pendants with concealed heads and white plates in the kitchen and hall. Replace 8 sidewall heads with white semi recessed heads and return system to service. Glue joints must set for 24 hours prior to restoring service. 6) Supply all electrical labor and basic electric hardware. (Chandeliers and specialty lighting will be handled as time and material with Blais Electric plus 10% ROVB). Replace all outlets and switches to Decora, move Washer/Dryer 220 line, move kitchen switch to dining room area, remove phone outlet, move hall and bathroom switch by bathroom door, remove 6" kitchen recessed lights, add 2 4" LED recess lights in hall, add 6 4" LED recess lights in kitchen, remove vanity light in master bath, add 2 4" recess LED lights over master bath sinks, add 1 4" recess LED lights in master bath shower, replace master bath exhaust fan, replace master closet light with round LED, Pg-1/3 Initial add 1 4" recess LED in guest bathroom over sink, add 1 4" LED recess light over toilet in guest bath, replace the guest exhaust fan, add closet light and switch in guest bed room and install 6 dimmers. Materials included 13 recess cans, 1 15" LED fixture, 2 bath exhaust fans, 20 receptacles, 13 1 pole switches, 34 3 way switches, 6 LED dimmers, 4 GFI outlets, 1 stack switch, 1 dryer outlet, wire, boxes and connectors. 7) Relocate Washer, install new valves, supplies and drains for all sinks, move water lines and drain lines for kitchen sink, install new sink and faucet, run new ice maker line, install and supply new Badger 5 garbage disposal. Cap and extend water lines and drain lines in the master bath. Install new shower valve, trim and hand held slide bar, change tub drain into shower drain and install pan for replacement shower in master bath, install new toilet with new valves and supply line, install 2 lav faucets with new supply lines, shut offs and p-traps. Install new shower drain and pan in guest bath, install new shower valve with 1 shower head and trim, install 1 lave set with new valves, supplies and drain and install new toilet with new supply and valves. Customer supplies all fixtures and hardware. Build.com discounted Contractor pricing extended as courtesy. 8) Remove wall paper, patch and spray orange peel to prep for paint. Caulk and putty new woodwork and paint walls, doors and trim. Remove popcorn and texture knockdown finish, seal and paint new ceiling. Customer to select color, n1p1prials included.��- 9) Remove and replace living room and thn?om mirror crudes 2" bevel on every seam. Front wall 1 cutout, back wall 4 pieces outs. Supply and replace/water proof Durarock, tile both baths suppling thin set and mortar mix. Tile master including seat, comer shelf and niche. Tile Guest including comer shelf or niche. Customer to supply tile. Shower Glass Pane in Master and framed shower door in Guest included. Install new the floor throughout unit supplying the cork membrane, glue and thin set. Tile to be installed on the diagonal. Customer to supply the tile. 11) Supply and install grade 2 granite counters in kitchen and baths. Customer selects from Stones of Italy. 12) Supply and install Impact Vinyl Horizontal Rollers and Sliding Glass Doors. White frame insulated low E 366 glass flange- See previous quote for size and detail. Original Quote $12,638. Revised courtesy discount $1268. Pg- 2/3 Initial Total $120,502.00 Does not include new appliances nor will any ROVB fee apply. ROVB has a close working relationship with Caprdta Appliance in Melboume and will coordinate delivery and installation of all appliances. Courtesy discount is passed on to customer. Does not include any low voltage requirements. ROVB has a close relationship with the Audio -Visual Guy in Palm Bay and will coordinate and work into our schedule if required. No fee will apply and the customer pays directly to the installer. ROVB to charge 10% of cost applicable for all customer supplied materials. Will be shipped to Commerce Glass C/O ROVB. Fee includes delivery acceptance and transporting to job site. Customer to copy invoices to ROVB.
