The fastener spacing pattern at the interior supports shall be 12"- 12"- 12" across the panel
width. The fastener spacing at the panel side laps shall be 1/4 -14 x 7/8" SDS screws with
self-sealing washers and shall be spaced at a maximum of 24" on center.
3. All wall panels shall be installed to cover three or more spans.
4. All connections shall be installed per the above notes and the details provided in the Florida
Product Approval.

At your request I inspected the structural steel fastening (nut/bolt) at the
subject location on February 19, 2018. The inspection verified that the
structural steel erecting fastening (nutsibolts) complies with AWS and
AISC 360 standards and 2014 FBC 2204.15 2204. The structural fasteners
were installed per the permitted plans.
