APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) performed a review of construction and close-out documentation of
the AT&T telecommunication facility located at the above -referenced site. The purpose of these
observations was to inspect the following in accordance with the Florida Building Code, 6th Edition (2017)
and the National Electric Code (NEC), 2014 Edition:
1 . Removal of nine existing antennas.
2. Removal of three existing antenna mounts.
3. Installation on nine proposed antennas.
4. Installation of six proposed Remote Radio Units (RRUs).
5. Installation of one proposed surge suppressor.
6. Installation of three proposed antenna mounts.
7. Installation of proposed power cables.
8. Installation of proposed fiber cables.

The installation of the above -mentioned items was visually inspected and compared with the approved
construction drawings by APX Engineering Group, LLC dated May 16, 2019. The installed antenna
mounts were SiteProl #VFA12-HD rather than the specified Connect -it Wireless #PVFM12-3-B.
However, this variation is structurally acceptable to us. Therefore, based on these observations and to the
best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all structural load -bearing
components complies with the permitted documents.
