APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) understands that you have requested a statement qualifying the
existing AT&T antenna equipment mounts at the above -referenced site to support the proposed AT&T
Third Carrier (3C) equipment loading configuration. This letter was based on published catalog
information, information obtained during our site visit, and information provided by AT&T.
The existing AT&T antennas and equipment are currently being supported by the existing available
mounts that are attached to the existing guyed tower. The proposed antennas and equipment increase
the total weight and wind area great enough that we believe that the existing antenna mounts
support the proposed AT&T equipment loading configuration. Therefore, we recommend replacing the
existing mounts with Connect -IT Wireless #PVFM12-3-B heavy-duty pipe face v-frame mounts to be able
to support the proposed AT&T 3C equipment loading.
