Good afternoon Rick, The cut in the structural concrete floor, which appears to be [ in photos ] approx.. 5-6" in width 1.5-2" in depth has been very concerning to all of us and we have asked that Mr. Goode rectify this issue today via a 'letter from a structural S.I. [ Special Inspector J stating that the floor is safe and will not cave in upon itself and not hurt any individuals below it. I thought that you were certified to generate such letter and sign, date and seal the document or we have asked that Mr. Goode shore this area from the unit below for safety of the adjacent unit owners until such a letter may be generated. Mr. Goode is also working with an engineering firm in Stuart for their expertise in these situations and we are waiting to hear from that company. Thank You .
