Ocean Drive, Jensen Beach, FL 34957 Contractor: Blue Coast Construction 2587 SE Monroe Street, Stuart, Florida 34996 Permit' ' U707-04$21- The completed Eoncrete restoration did not reduce the structural integrity of the remaining existing structural systems and, therefore, a requirement to upgrade them by this permit was not warranted. Existing building's components and elements outside the renovation area of this permit do not have their current wind load resistant capacity or gravity load capacity compromised by the completed concrete restoration. it Mathers Engineering Corporation performed onsite inspections as the job progressed. Repairs required minor shoring. Work such as concrete repair and addition of steel reinforcement were inspected. The enclosed Record Drawings (Sheet 1) shows the areas of restoration and repair, and are made part of this final close-out document approval under Permit Number #1707-0452. Any items outside of concrete repair were given to the attention of the Board for resolution. Materials used and work performed to date has been substantially completed in conformance with the specifications outlined in the IRCI Guideline No. 03730, as well as the applicable 2014 Florida Building Codes (and updates), other industry guidelines, or standard engineering practices.
