ongoing concrete restoration and repairs of exterior balconies:
Site Observations thru 06/19/2018:
Stack #03 Balconies:
• Unit 103: No work.
• Unit 203: No work.
• Unit 603: Concrete deck repairs have been completed. Installation of guardrails has been
completed. All work on this unit is completed.
• Unit 703: Concrete deck repairs have been completed. Installation of guardrails has been
completed. All work on this unit is completed.
