In response to comments dated November 8, 2017 we have attached revised plans.
1. Attached recorded Notice of Commencement
2. Attached Filled Land Affidavit
3. This cross over accessible per 2012 accessibility code 302 has been removed
4. Plans in clouds show 4" sphere rule for all guardrails, pickets have been added.
5. Plans in clouds show detail for graspable handrails per FBC 1012 [type I or type II] wl
extensions per FBC 1012.6 showing height and grasp ability requirements on plans for
stairways
6. Plans show in clouds the required top and bottom landings per FBC 1009.8
7. Plans in clouds show the requirements for solid riser per FBC 1009.7.5.3
8. Full scope of work attached
9. Plans show in clouds 2014 FBC designed for 165 M.P.H. wind speeds exposure D.
10. Plans show in clouds intermediate handrails per 1012.9
