be an additional charge. All materials will be composite materials, including all new hand rails and benches.
All fasteners will be stainless screws, all thru bolts will be galvanized. All materials and labor are included.
Total amount option 2 composite materials............................................................ $ 36,000.00
Terms: 50 % deposit, balance due on completion, does not include permits or engineered drawings if
required. Does not include staining or painting. All debris will be cleaned on a daily basis.
