AN ORDER GRANTING ADMINISTRAIVE RELIEF FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6804 INDIAN PINES BOULEVARD,
LOCATED IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director, based on
the written request and staff report, has made the following determinations:
A. Madetric Wood petitioned for an administrative relief from the provisions of Section
7.06.03 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code (LDC) to allow fora one foot
reduction of the required twenty six foot minimum access aisle dimension for the off-
street parking requirements at 5804 Indian Pines Boulevard.
B. The requested administrative relief has met the standards of review as set forth in
Section 10.01.02 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, and is not in
conflictwith the goals, objectives, and policies of the St. Lucie County Comprehensive
Plan.
C. The project will not have an undue adverse effect on adjacent property, the character
of the neighborhood, traffic conditions, parking, utility facilities, or other matters
affecting the public health, safety, and general welfare.
D. The St. Lucie County Environmental Resources Department (ERD) has no objection
to this request for administrative relief.
E. Planning and Development Services Department, Planning Division staff has
performed a detailed analysis of the request and determined it to be consistent with
the St. Lucie County Land Development Code. The analysis is found in the Planning
and Development Services Department Memorandum entitled Geriatric Solutions
Request for Administrative Relief dated January 26, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. The petition of Madetric Wood for administrative relief from the provisions of Section
7.06.03(2)(a) of the St. Lucie County_',Land, Development Code, for a property
located at 5804 Indian Pines Boulevard, to allow foi a one foot reduction from the
required twenty six fcot,minimum access,aisle dimension for the off-street parking

requirement pursuant to Section 7.06.03(A) of the LDC is hereby granted as shown
on the building permit drawings for the project prepared by Holt Engineering &
Consulting, PA on December 15, 2017 and date stamped received by the St. Lucie
County Planning Division on January 17, 2018.
B. The property on which this administrative relief approval is being granted is
described as follows:

C. The applicant is advised as part of this approval for Geriatric Solutions, including
any successors in interest, the developer shall obtain all applicable development
permits and construction authorizations from the appropriate State and Federal and
local regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, the United States Army Corps
of Engineers, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and South
Florida Water Management District, and the St. Lucie County Environmental
Resources and Building Departments prior to the commencement of any
development activities on the property described in Part B. Issuance of this
administrative relief by the County does not in any way create any rights on the part
of the developer to obtain a permit from a state or federal agency and does not
create any liability on the part of the County for issuance of this administrative relief
if the developer fails to obtain requisite approvals orfulfill the obligations imposed by
a state or federal agency or undertake actions that may result in a violation of state
or federal law.
D. A copy of this Order shall be attached to the, building permit drawings described in
Part A, which plan shall be placed on file with the St. Lucie Planning and
Development Services Director and mailed to the developer or agent of record as
identified on the written request for administrative relief.
E. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
