In June of 2005 DR Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 129 lots known a
reekide Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot _ 3 at 3318 Trinity it . In the amount
of $2,616.
