In June of 2005 DR Dorton Inc. purchased the property
mown as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 129 lots Known a
Creekside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot S2 at 3230 Trinity Cir. in the amount of
$,616.
